Meet Brent Sawyer
|
Brent Sawyer is the author of the novel, Into the Midnight Sun. He is currently working on two new novels that will be published soon. His first novel, Into the Midnight Sun is based on personal experiences while his family lived in Lillehammer, Norway for two years.
He is currently working on two new novels with different subject matters. One is about the loss of a young son and the way the parents cope. The other is a suspense thriller that takes the characters from Seattle to Thailand in a bizarre cat and mouse game.
Brent is a graduate of Arizona State University, where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications and Broadcasting, with a major in business. He has always had a love for writing. With several starts and stops on various stories through the years, he finally decided to complete his current novel, Into the Midnight Sun.
Brent’s wife Nona-his most ardent editor and proofreader-makes sure that the words he has put down flow well and make sense to the reader. She asks frequent questions to understand the plot twists and the outcomes.
Brent lives with his wife, Nona and two nearly-grown children, Jaimie and Trent in Gilbert, Arizona, a suburb of Phoenix. They have three Pembroke Welsh Corgis to keep things lively at home.
Brent enjoys spending time with his family, along with outdoor activities that include hiking, biking, and skiing.
